Skin Whitening Home Remedies

Do Home Remedies Work To Whiten Your Skin?

The best or fastest way to whiten your skin is to use a chemical skin bleaching cream, and the best brand is Tonique Skin Care.

If you want to go straight to using the range of skin whitening products from them, click on the photo at the top of the sidebar. That will lead you to the Facebook page, which has a whole bunch of helpful tips, and a link to the main site.

If you want to try out some home remedies first, this post has a list of the various different home remedies which do work to a small degree, if used consistently over a long period of time.

The main active ingredient in these home remedy recipes is vitamin C, which has a mild skin whitening effect, and lemon juice contains a lot of vitamin C.

There are other fruits, vegetables and food products which also have a mild lightening effect, it just depends on what sort of results you're looking for as to whether it's worth trying these out.

To find out more about whether homemade skin whitening remedies work, I wrote about that in a previous post.

Recipes For Homemade Skin Whitening Remedies

As I mentioned already, the main ingredient in most of these recipes is lemon juice, lemon peel, orange peel, lime juice, lime peel, pineapple juice, or anything that has a lot of vitamin C in it.

Some other things which have some effect are ginger, turmeric, almonds, yoghurt, cucumber, and honey.

To put together a simple skin whitening remedy, try mixing lemon juice with a little yoghurt, and dip thin slices of cucumber in it.

Wipe your skin with the soaked cucumber, and if you can, leave it to rest on your skin for as long as possible, like a half an hour if you have the time.

Repeat this twice a day, every day for weeks, months, or as long as you can be bothered keeping it up.

The vitamin C works because it's ascorbic acid, although other acids like glycolic acid and kojic acid do work better, particularly if it's pure and highly concentrated.

Another way to get some good results is with a skin peel, or by exfoliating your skin. A good simple exfoliating remedy that you can make at home is raw sugar.

Mix raw sugar and lemon juice together with some honey, and apply it to your skin with a sponge. By gently removing the top layer of skin, and with the vitamin C working as well, you will get some natural lightening.

However, the results you can expect from doing these things is nowhere near the results you get from using a cream specifically made to produce fast results.

Chemical Skin Whitening Treatments

The products made by Tonique contain a carefully formulated combination of alpha arbutin, glycolic acid, sepiwhite FSH, and moisturizers.

The results are over a hundred times more effective, and can be seen almost immediately. In terms of the time you spend, and the money you spend, you would be much better off spending your money on a chemical treatment.

The company is based in Maryland USA, which means that their products are FDA approved, and you don't need a prescription, you can buy anywhere in the world online, and it will be sent out to you.

It depends on what results you want to achieve, and what type of skin you have as to how you should apply the cream, so it's a good idea to talk to the support team to get the best directions for use for your individual skin.

You may have a specific condition like hypo-pigmentation, hyper-pigmentation, freckles, birthmarks, scars, etc, or you may just want to lighten your skin for fashion reasons.

It's a very popular treatment in Hollywood, and there are many celebrities who bleach their skin, check out the linked post for before and after photos of some very famous stars who have had this done.

If you want to find out more, visit toniqueskincare.com and start a chat, or send a message to sales@toniqueskincare.com and include information about your skin, and the results you're hoping to achieve.

Include photos of your skin to give the support team the best idea of what you look like, so they can recommend the best directions for use.

Conclusion

As I've mentioned, you can get very mild results from using some of the home remedies for skin whitening that are mentioned here, but it's going to cost you more in the long run, and not give you anywhere near as effective results as with a chemical product.

The brand this blog talks about has been around for years, uses all natural, FDA approved, mild but effective ingredients which really work, in a safe way.

You might possibly find cheaper products somewhere online, but not from a US company that adheres to FDA guidelines, and there are some dangerous products on the market which you really don't want to put on your skin.

For example, some African and Asian brands have been found to contain dangerous chemicals like mercury, bleach and hydroquione, which are very bad for your skin and your health. So, the choice is fairly simple.

Either you use a home remedy which barely works at all, or you risk your skin and even your life by buying a low quality foreign brand of skin whitening cream, or you buy the highest quality, safe, and effective skin whitening products from Tonique Skin Care.

Click on the photo at the top of the sidebar, like the Facebook page Skin Whitening Tips for ongoing helpful tips, and then visit the site to get personalized information, and the best skin products you will find online.

Can A Black Person Do Anything To Become Whiter?

For whatever reason, many black or dark skinned people around the world want to become whiter. This is possible, in fact people do it all the time, especially in Hollywood.

Check out the photo above, which shows the amazing transformation of one black actress, Tina McGee from Boy Meets World.

If you want to see more before and after photos, take a look at this article about black women in Hollywood who bleach their skin. It shows before and after photos of some really famous pop stars and actors who have obviously undergone skin whitening treatments.

Some of these celebrities include Beyonce, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Tempest Bledsoe from The Cosby Show, Michael Jackson, Samy Sosa, (baseball player), and many others.

These treatments are becoming more and more popular around the world, but it's not a new thing, people have been bleaching and lightening their skin for thousands of years.

The skin bleaching in Hollywood is so popular because studies have shown that a certain percentage of people, white or not, feel more comfortable watching a show or buying an album that is done by a lighter skinned person.

Is It Racist To Assume That Whiter Skin Is Better?

Perhaps it is a little racist, but even other black people tend to be a little less comfortable when looking at a man or woman with a very dark skin tone.

You can't change society, and the sub-conscious prejudices or preferences they have grown up with. The same thing is true for overweight people, gay people, or unattractive people. Studies show that they are treated in different ways.

For example, even as children, a baby will look at any ugly woman, and a beautiful woman, and if asked which one is mean, they will say the ugly one.

That's not to say that a really dark skin color makes you mean, or that it's a bad thing at all, but when people do show these racist traits in large numbers, it's important to take that into account, and it is actually possible to change a little.

Actually, you can change a lot, from totally black, to totally white, if you want to go that far. The most famous case of a celebrity using skin whitening products is Michael Jackson.

In his case, he was using a hydroquinone containing cream, prescribed to him by a doctor because he had a condition known as hypo-pigmentation, or vitiligo.

How To Bleach Your Skin Safely

It is quite important to bleach your skin safely, if you do decide that you want to undergo a skin whitening treatment.

Some people will be doing it because they have spots on their skin like birthmarks, freckles, scars, etc, but whatever the reason, you don't want to mess it up.

The chemical I mentioned before, hydroquinone, is not considered safe for long term use, and neither are many other chemicals found in different products sold by different companies around the world.

For example, there were a couple of bleaching creams from some very disreputable brands from Asia and Africa that used mercury as an active ingredient.

Obviously, this is a terribly poisonous chemical, and so you must know what any product contains before you put it on your skin.

You should probably only trust a brand made in America, (or other western countries), because they have very strict rules and regulations on what you're allowed to sell to people without a prescription.

Tonique Skin Care is such a brand, the company is based in Baltimore MA, and they've been in business for many years without any bad side effects reported from their many customers.

Click on the link and visit the site, their products contain arbutin, glycolic acid and sepiwhite FSH, which are all well known, safe and effective, over the counter ingredients which really work.

If you want to find out more, check out their Facebook page Skin Whitening Tips, the link to that is in the photo at the top of the sidebar, or send a message to the helpful support team at sales@toniqueskincare.com before you buy.

For black people, or very dark skinned people, you will probably have to apply the cream evenly to your entire body to get even results. Again, ask the support team on the site to give you information on how to get the best results for your individual skin.

Skin Bleaching And Skin Whitening

Reasons For Using A Skin Bleaching Cream

People use skin whitening products for many different reasons, and while all of them could be considered cosmetic reasons, there are some serious skin conditions which really require skin bleaching.

For example, hypo-pigmentation is a condition that causes large white patches, or spots where the skin has no pigment at all. There is a similar condition that is the exact reverse called hyper-pigmentation, where the skin develops spots that have too much melanin.

Some people have to deal with other types of spots like extreme cases of freckles and acne scarring, while others have burns, stretch marks, birthmarks, and other problems that leave dark, white, or red marks on their skin.

For these people, it can be very painful just to live each day with a mark that makes them different from everyone else, even if that's only the way they perceive it.

Everyone is different, and nobody is perfect, but if you feel that you could improve the way you look substantially by covering up uneven skin, or changing your skin color to a lighter shade all over, then you need to find skin whitening products that will work safely.

How To Find A Safe Skin Whitening Cream

You could take my word for it, and just visit the Tonique Skin Care site, but first, you might want to learn how the active ingredients work.

Arbutin has been used for a long time without any bad side effects, and products containing it are available over the counter.

It gradually whitens the skin, and can be applied to a specific area, or the entire body, for a completely even skin color change.

If you stop using it, the skin will naturally return to it's original color over a number of weeks, as the old skin cells die out and are replaced by new ones.

Glycolic acid is the other chemical used in the Tonique range, and this is used for chemical skin peeling.

It causes an immediate change in the skin tone as the lighter lower layer of skin is revealed, and it also helps enhance the effectiveness of the arbutin cream so that it lasts longer, and leaves the skin whiter, sooner.

You can find out more by clicking on the links on this page, which lead to the Facebook page of the site, which then leads to the main site.

Please like the Facebook page first to get ongoing helpful information about how to use the products properly, and how to keep your skin young and healthy as well.

If you have any other questions, contact the support team through the site by sending an email to sales@toniqueskincare.com.

How To Get Rid Of Acne Scars

Remove Your Acne Scars Forever!

It is possible to get rid of of lighten acne scars, or the red skin anyway. The pock marks or indentations in the skin might need laser surgery, or some other type of treatment, but if you are concerned about the red spots and patches left behind after a bad acne breakout in your youth, there is something that can be done about it.

The photo link at the top of the right sidebar is to the Facebook page of Tonique Skin Care, a site that sells a revolutionary product that can bleach or whiten any sort of spot or dark patch on your skin.

It does this through ingredients like arbutin and glycolic acid, which is a chemical skin peeling agent. All active ingredients of the Tonique range are safe, leave no unwanted side effects, and are also very effective.

They work gradually, but the effects are noticeable straight away. Whatever area you apply the cream to becomes whiter and whiter in stages until it is completely white.

The skin repairs itself over time as the new skin cells replace the old, but you can maintain the effects indefinitely by applying again once a month, or as required.

How To Apply The Cream

For light skinned people, you should only have to apply a very small amount to the spot itself, or to the entire face or body part region.

However with dark skinned people, the change in tone to a very light color may mean that you need to apply the cream to the entire body to get a uniform and even result.

You may have seen some very famous people using skin whitening products without knowing it. For example, Michael Jackson was very famous for having turned from black to white in a short amount of time.

This is because he had a skin condition known as vitiligo, or hypo-pigmentation, which causes patches of the skin to lose their pigment.

He had very white patches on his very dark skin, and so the only option to achieve an even looking skin color was to bleach his skin completely white.

Other famous Hollywood stars who have used skin bleaching creams to a lesser extent include Beyonce, Rihanna, Diana Ross, and there are many others, who probably don't wish to be named, or talk about it publicly, but who seem happy with the results.

You could barely tell that they had changed at all, because it happened while they were in the public eye, and nobody seemed to notice, but if you look at a before and after shot of Beyonce, you can see that in earlier photos she was very black, and in later photos, very white.

Getting back to the point of the article, if you have acne scars, red marks on your face and you want to get rid of them, first click on the photo link at the top of the sidebar, like the Facebook page Skin Whitening Tips to get regular ongoing helpful information on the subject, and then visit the site toniqueskincare.com.

There, you can either buy one of the products or packages straight away from the buy page, or you can talk to the helpful support staff about what you can expect, and how you should apply the cream to your individual skin type.

You will surely get the results you're looking for, although you should remember that for some people, it may be a profound change, though the process can be reversed if you decide you don't like the new you.

The Skin Bleaching Trend In Hollywood

Hollywood Stars Bleaching Their Skin

As you can see from this photo of Beyonce, she looks very different now, after obviously having had a skin bleaching treatment done.

Some other famous Hollywood stars who have had similar lightening treatments include Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, and of course Michael Jackson

Michael had a skin condition called hypo-pigmentation, which causes large patches of white skin, or skin without any pigment on his dark skin.

He wasn't dark for long when he started taking a prescribed cream containing hydroquinone. We now know that this chemical is not safe for long term use, and has terrible side effects.

A safer alternative to this chemical is arbutin, and some other safe active ingredients used in skin whitening creams that can be bought over the counter, (or over the internet), include glycolic acid, kojic acid, and sepiwhite FSH.

For mild effects, you can try using household items like lemon juice, ginger, and turmeric, but to get results that are noticeable quickly, you will need to use a chemical product.

Why Are Hollywood Stars Bleaching Their Skin?

With most of the celebrities I mentioned, (and many others), they are African-Americans who had naturally dark skin, but wanted to look lighter for commercial reasons.

What I mean by that is that it is well known in show business circles that a really black African-American will not be as popular in the general audience of music buyers, TV watchers, and movie goers.

That's not to say that there aren't really famous black people with very dark skin, but studies have found that the mostly white audience feels more comfortable watching their news read by an African-American who "talks white", and also looks a lighter shade of brown.

I'm not being racist here, or suggesting that people are racist as a whole, but generally speaking, people do have this prejudice, even if it's just subconscious.

It is a big decision to make to whiten your skin, and you need to get it done right, with expert advice and support, using the highest quality products, with a name you can trust.

Tonique have been making and selling skin whitening cream for many years, and you can count on them to give you the right instructions for use to get the results you're looking for.

If you are really white already, but just have a dark patch you want to get rid of, you will only need to bleach that direct area, or the whole face, or both arms.

If you are really brown however, you will probably need to bleach your whole body in order to get uniform results that are even.

Skin bleaching in Hollywood is not a new thing, and as technology gets better, and people get used to the idea, it will probably be a more popular trend.

There is nothing wrong with making this change, but understand that it is a major change that must be done in the right way, after doing proper research, understanding what you can expect, and finding the right brand of cream to use.

Again, check the sidebar for the link to the Facebook page of the safest and most effective skin bleaching cream, like the page to get ongoing tips and information, and then visit the site by clicking on the link.

Remedies For Uneven Skin

Remedies And Treatments For Uneven Skin

There are a number of ways to cover up or bleach out uneven skin, and the right method will depend on the sort of uneven skin problem you have.

You may have a birthmark, freckles, a scar, a burn scar, or any number of different skin conditions which cause patches or spots that make you feel self-conscious.

For a very mild skin discoloration, you might want to try simple homemade remedies like lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, or a combination of these things.

Vitamin C is probably the main chemical which can have some effect on lightening your skin, although it doesn't work overnight, and only works in cases where a mild effect can be beneficial.

In most cases if you have uneven skin tone, you may have to use stronger chemical products, and there are many to choose from, although you need to be careful about which one you choose, as there are some disreputable companies around the world selling their products online.

Some of these chemicals can have serious side effects, for example there have been products found that contain mercury, and the side effects of mercury poisoning over a long period of time are quite profound.

For the most part, you don't have to worry about that, it was just some African and Asian brands that were including that substance, but it should open your eyes to the fact that you cannot trust that every product is safe when buying online.

Researching A Product Before You Buy

The worldwide web is a portal to the world, and so you must carefully research a company by finding out how long they've been in business, and looking for good and bad reviews, before and after shots and that sort of thing.

It's also very important that the ingredients are listed prominently on the website. You can get accurate information on the effects and side effects of these chemicals from government sites like the FDA, medical journals, educational sites to do with health care, (sometimes it's not entirely clear which ones are really educational, try looking for the .edu), and Wikipedia is generally a good source of information on skin lightening.

It's important to learn as much as you can before you begin with a particular treatment. Some chemicals like arbutin, glycolic acid, and kojic acid can work well over a long period of time, with only minor side effects.

Other chemicals like hydroquinone and various other bleaching treatments like injections and pills that you swallow can have terrible side effects.

You can't trust one source for your information, so you might want to talk to a doctor, a pharmacist, and then get a second opinion, and do hours of searching online for trustworthy information and professionals who have had a long history of success in the field.

You can find quality information on this site, and in the links in the sidebar, and the links in this article, but don't just go with the cheapest product you find that claims to be able to give you the results you're looking for, because it's a serious cosmetic procedure that must be done right, with a full knowledge of what to expect, and what to avoid.

Problems With Skin Whitening Products

Problems With Skin Whitening

Over the years, there have been many different treatments devised to whiten or bleach the skin, in fact it goes back to the days of the Ancient Egyptians.

It's always been popular in Asia to have light skin, seen as a sign of wealth and prosperity, as the woman (or man) who had light skin obviously had it because they did not have to work out in the fields all day.

In America, African Americans are bleaching their skin a lot more often, and this photo above shows how sometimes the effects can turn out less than attractive.

In other cases such as on Rihanna, Beyonce, and Nicki Minaj, you could say that the results were fairly well done, in fact most people didn't even notice that the stars had undertaken such a treatment, even though it had obvious effects, and they did it while in the public eye.

Yeah, that's right, these big stars definitely did lighten their skin, it's obvious if you look at before and after photos, and it's quite a major change.

It's surprising that more people don't talk about it, but I guess it happened so gradually, and also happened before they were hugely famous, so it went unnoticed by the tabloids for the most part, although of course some picked up on it.

Do people really care if someone has darker or lighter skin? Well, it only really makes a difference if it makes them look bad, and in some cases, using the wrong cream in the wrong way can definitely make you look bad.

Dangerous Skin Bleaching Products

As I explained in an earlier article, the dangers of skin bleaching products can be quite severe, if you're unlucky enough to get had by some of the less reputable brands, operating from Asian countries where the regulations are lacking.

Some of these companies put things like mercury and hydroquinone in their creams, which have been shown to be incredibly bad for the skin, and for the whole body generally.

You can't swallow a pill or take an injection to get whiter skin, but there is more than one brand on the market claiming that you can.

There hasn't been enough testing done on over the counter chemicals being used in ways they were not originally made for to say whether they will kill you, give you cancer, or cause your skin to fall off if you take them for thirty years.

We are in a stage of technology where there are too many chemicals being sold all over the world for scientists to keep up to date with what is poisonous and what isn't.

The internet makes it possible for anyone anywhere in the world to sell anything to anyone anywhere else in the world, so it's quite hard to know who to trust.

But, here's how you might try to check out the integrity of a company, if you're planning to buy. First, do a who is lookup on the domain name of a company.

This will tell you a few details like how long the domain has been registered, and you want to find one that has been around for years obviously.

You then want to thoroughly check out all of the negative reviews if there are any, doing searches such as problems with this brand or that brand, and other keywords like side effects, dangers, etc.

You should find out the active ingredients in the product, (the company in the sidebar uses arbutin and glycolic acid in their creams), and check them out on reputable sites like Wikipedia or in a medical journal

The internet is not completely reliable, so you may also want to talk to your doctor, your pharmacist, and even your priest or religious leader, as bleaching your skin is quite a major change, and you should think carefully about it, and research it well before you jump into a serious life decision such as this.

If you are planning on doing this however, and you have done all of these things I've talked about, click on the photo link at the top of the sidebar. This will lead you to the Skin Whitening Tips Facebook page.

From there, you can read more about the whole process in the articles posted regularly on the page, and also visit the main site, where you can talk to the experts on skin whitening, and how to do it properly.

What Makes A Good Skin Whitening Cream?

Photo source: prlog.org Safe Ways To Whiten Or Bleach Your Skin

There are many thing that go into making a good skin whitening cream, mostly the active ingredients. It's important to use chemicals that are both safe and effective, and to avoid anything that will cause harmful or irritating side effects.

The optimum chemicals to use are either arbutin, glycolic acid, kojic acid, or a combination of these three.

You can get some effect with simple homemade remedies like lemon juice, because they contain vitamin c, or ascorbic acid, but these only have a very mild effect, and so are not effective for serious conditions such as hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation.

There are many good products out there, but there are also a lot of bad products out there, which I will talk about in a minute.

It's not just the chemicals in the cream which are important, but also the directions for use, and the expert advice of people who know how to get the best results using these potent chemicals.

If you get the wrong chemicals, or aren't given the right advice, you may have problems, and so the best advice I can give you is to take a look at the site in the sidebar.

The photo link at the top of the right sidebar leads to the Facebook page of the best brand of skin whitening cream on the market, Tonique Skin Care.

Like the page to get ongoing tips on how to whiten your skin safely and effectively, and also visit the site, and start a chat conversation with the expert support team.

There you will get the information you need to get the results you are looking for. Now, let's look at some other brands and in particular, the ones you should avoid.

Unsafe Skin Whitening Creams

It's very important that you understand that the skin bleaching market is a huge market around the world, and as such, there are many different companies making products that aim to fill the need, but many of them are not safe, or don't work very well.

Some of them contain mercury, or hydroquinone, which is another chemical that has been shown to be dangerous when used for a long period of time.

You may find products which claim to be able to remove the pigment of your skin through injections, or through the swallowing of a pill orally.

These are not to be trusted at all, and so you must carefully research any product that you are going to use on your skin.

The internet can be full of misinformation, but try looking at a source like Wikipedia, or a medical journal to get good information on safe ways to bleach your skin

You can do a who is lookup on the age of a domain, and then do a Google search to work out if there are bad reviews for a product by adding keywords such as side effects, dangers, problems, etc.

If the site you are dealing with uses the right sort of chemicals, is relatively old, and has been around for a few years, and also has very few bad reviews, then you should be able to trust that the product is sound, and works well, without any bad side effects.

Again, click on the link in the sidebar, visit the Facebook page, and then click on the link to the site, where you can start a conversation with the expert and helpful support staff about your skin.

Safe Use Of Skin Lightening Creams

Skin Lightening Safety

There are many different products out there that have a claim to be able to bleach your skin safely, but not all of them are safe, and so it's important to know what to look for when shopping for a safe skin whitening cream.

The first thing you should beware of is products containing mercury, and it may not always be apparent that they do contain the substance, they may not even have the active ingredients listed on the site.

Those products containing mercury were cheap products made in Africa and Asia, and most of them have been pulled from production, but there are still some floating around, so you have to be careful.

It's important to do your research on a brand carefully, or the chemicals used in the cream. For example, even a cream prescribed by a doctor can have terrible side effects.

Hydroquinone creams have been prescribed for years, but the bad side effects of long term use have also been known for years.

Some countries have banned the sale of the product, while in other countries it's only prescribed in rare situations and the results and application are carefully monitored.

Another type of skin whitening substance that you should avoid is anything that claims to whiten your skin by you taking a pill orally.

You cannot bleach your skin white by taking a pill, and if you could, then it couldn't be very good for you, in fact it would probably kill you in the process.

The Best Skin Bleaching Methods

The best way to bleach or whiten your skin safely is to use a combination of arbutin, and alpha hydroxy acids like glycolic acid.

These chemicals have been used for years over the counter and there have been few if any bad side effects to report, so long as people are very careful to follow the application instructions to the letter.

Arbutin is the substance that hydroquinone is derived from, but it is much weaker and so has less side effects, and when combined with glycolic acid in the right percentage, it creates a cream which can be used safely and effectively for the lifetime of the user.

The effects of the cream are relatively permanent, but you will need to reapply the product every few months, as new skin cells are always growing to replace the old ones, and this results in your skin naturally returning to it's original color.

The link to the Facebook page of the site is in the sidebar, and I would suggest that you join that for ongoing helpful skin whitening tips before continuing to the main site.

Once you get there, have a talk to the helpful support staff and find out everything you need to know about how to apply the cream, how much it will cost, and what are the results that you can expect over time.

What Color Is My Skin? Free Skin Tone Reference Chart

This is a skin tone comparison chart, (or part of it), which you can use to compare your own skin to the photos, and work out if you have olive skin or fair, black or dark brown.

It doesn't really matter what color your skin is, but it might make a difference if you are planning on changing the color with a lightening cream.

Yes, if you didn't know, it is possible to change your skin tone, in fact many Hollywood celebrities have done it, especially African Americans.

Some famous people who have obviously bleached their skin, (allegedly), are Michael Jackson, Rihanna and Beyonce.

If you look at the before and after photos, it's easy to tell that they did, for example, here's a before and after shot of Rihanna:

As you can see, she turned from dark brown to olive in complexion pretty much overnight, from using some sort of skin whitening product.

Talking of that, there are only a few chemicals which are safe to use for this kind of treatment. You should be looking for a cream with either arbutin, glycolic acid, or kojic acid, and you should avoid anything with hydroquinone or mercury, or any product where the directions say you can swallow a pill to bleach your skin white. That's not true at all and is potentially very dangerous.

The photo up the top of the sidebar leads to the Facebook page of Tonique Skin Care, a trusted site offering a safe and effective product, or you can also get there by clicking on the link at the top of this article, to check out the skin tone chart

Again, it doesn't matter what color your skin is, but it does if you are planning on using a powerful skin whitening treatment to get rid of uneven skin, or for cosmetic reasons, and that's why you need to talk to the experts.

What Should I Use To Bleach My Skin?

What Treatment Should You Use To Bleach Your Skin?

There are many different treatments for sale that can whiten your skin, but perhaps the first thing you should ask yourself is why you want to do that.

About half of the people who seek whitening treatments are doing it for medical reasons, such as having birthmarks, freckles, scars, spots, or a condition like hypo-pigmentation or hyper-pigmentation.

The other half might have a cultural or cosmetic reason to lighten their skin, for example in China, and other Asian countries, it's seen as being more beautiful or a status symbol to be whiter in skin tone.

You could argue that both reasons are not purely necessary from a medical point of view, and both are a matter of vanity, but it is important to make sure that you are doing it for the right reasons, and that you know what to expect, as with any serious cosmetic procedure.

For a darker skinned person, it can be quite a big change to go from brown or dark yellow to white practically overnight, but then that is what a lot of people are looking for, for various reasons.

Different Skin Whitening Treatments

If you are just looking for very subtle results, like a very mild change in skin tone, you might want to try these home remedies, but if you want a really good result, then you should check out the site in the sidebar.

At the top of the sidebar there is a banner ad that leads to the Facebook page of Tonique Skin Care, which is a trusted, established company that sells skin whitening cream that works effectively, and without any harmful side effects.

It contains natural, FDA approved over the counter chemicals such as arbutin and glycolic acid

You can look those up on Google if you want, in the Wikipedia entries that explain what they do. You might also want to look up the opposite sort of chemicals, the ones that you don't want to use.

The most important types of treatments to avoid when bleaching your skin are hydroquinone, mercury, and any product which suggests you can whiten your skin by swallowing poisonous chemicals.

That's right, there are actually products out there that suggest you take a pill full of bleach or whatever to make your skin whiter, and of course it doesn't work.

You have to be really careful, and that's why you need to know how to check out a brand name to see how trustworthy it really is.

What you do is a who is lookup to determine the age of the domain, (google who is along with the domain name or company name), then after working out the site has been there for years, you then search for the company name along with keywords such as scam, problems, and side effects.

That should bring up reviews of the site and it's products, which will tell you something about whether they can be trusted or not.

Again, you get to the site by clicking on the Facebook page banner photo in the sidebar, and then like the page to get helpful tips on skin bleaching before going to the site by clicking on the Go To Site tab on the Facebook page.

Changing Your Skin Color

How To Change Your Skin Color
This page gives you some idea of how you can change your skin color quickly and easily. As you can see from these before and after photos of big stars Rihanna and Beyonce, you can go from black to white literally overnight, without people barely even noticing.

Like I never even thought that those two big pop stars had bleached their skin, even though I saw them since the beginning of their careers, and when they started out in the music industry, they were completely dark in skin tone.

It must have been on advice from their agents that they made the change, and it is quite a huge change to make, going from black to white for no other reason than it might improve record sales.

That's basically the underlying motive behind these big Hollywood stars bleaching their skin white. Skin bleaching by African Americans is a big thing in Hollywood, because they've done studies that show that the mostly white audience is more responsive and accepting of a lighter skinned African American.

It may be somewhat racist to do a study like that in the first place, and then ask your biggest stars to bleach their skin white, but they aren't dumb, and realize that the figures don't lie, and you will actually have more chance of hitting the top of the charts if you have lighter skin.

So how do your actually change your skin color? How do you bleach your skin white, if that's what you want to do for whatever reason?

Changing Your Skin Color

Changing your skin color is a big decision to make, especially if you are very dark naturally. Still, it can be done safely and effectively with over the counter or non-prescription creams.

You should be careful to avoid using hydroquinone, or any product containing mercury, as these chemicals are highly toxic, and are still prescribed or sold mistakenly by everyone from doctors to shady internet dealers from Asia.

The best chemicals to look for as the active ingredients of a cream are arbutin, glycolic acid, lactic acid, kojic acid, sepiwhite FSH, and ascorbic acid.

These chemicals if mixed up in the right way can be used for long periods of time without any harsh side effects, and they do have a seriously potent effect on the color of your skin.

You can control how much of an effect the chemicals have by the frequency of which you apply them, because your skin will naturally start to turn back to it's original color if the cream is not applied, over a period of weeks.

However the basic idea is that you will turn out completely white. For more information on those chemicals, see safe skin bleaching treatments, and this CNN article on the illegal skin bleaching trade in the UK.

That article is about the sale of creams containing hydroquinone, which is a banned substance in the UK. The other ingredients I mentioned are not banned, and can be found in quality skin lightening products like the ones on this site, and in the links in this post.

Best Skin Lightening Cream

The Best Skin Lightening Cream

It's not too hard to see that the best skin lightening cream on the market is the one that produces the best results, with an expert support staff, and which does the job safely and effectively, leaving behind only happy customers.

Tonique Skin Care has been in the business of selling skin lightening cream for many years now, and you can search it out on Google for yourself, there are barely any bad reviews of the products sold by this trusted company.

The best part about the Tonique brand is the support team, who can give you the best possible information on how to use these skin bleaching chemicals in the right way for your individual skin.

It is important to get the right advice, because some people will need to apply the cream to their whole body in order to get even results if they are making a dramatic change in skin color, while other people may only need to apply the cream to a small area.

It makes a difference if you are naturally white already, or if you have one patch of skin which is particularly discolored, because you will require different instructions for the application of the cream.

If you want to know more, simply follow the link above, and visit the site, and talk to the people who know the most about skin lightening cream, by sending them an email at info@toniqueskincare.com.

You will get a swift reply, answering whatever you feel that you need to know about the process of bleaching your skin, and you will get the results you are looking for, without spending too large a sum of money.

Skin Whitening Safety

Skin Whitening Safety

Whatever the reason you found this page, you obviously have concerns about the safety of skin whitening or skin bleaching generally, and you are right to do research on the subject.

If you go to a doctor in the US, asking for help in making your skin whiter, you may be prescribed a cream containing hydroquinone, which has been found to have many harmful side effects

It's important to read that article, or let me just summarize it for you here. The cream being prescribed by doctors as a bleaching cream to people who have a skin condition like hypo-pigmentation can cause ochronosis, photo-sensitivity, nausea, and even hallucinations and death.

By all means consult your doctor, but be aware that the average general practitioner is not an expert specifically in skin care, and they get most of their information about what it best to prescribe by the pharmaceutical companies.

The best way to whiten your skin in a safe and effective way is with a non-prescription cream, containing any number of safer FDA approved ingredients such as arbutin, glycolic acid, kojic acid, sepiwhite FSH, and even the garden variety ascorbic acid or vitamin C has some benefit in lightening skin tone, without any potentially deadly side effects.

The only way to get good results that won't leave you with permanent skin damage is to find a non-prescription skin whitening cream, and the reality is, that doctors don't really know all that much about the products being sold over the counter in chemists, and online.

It's important to seek out a reliable source for your information when searching online for the best chemicals to use on your skin, so take a look at this Wikipedia page on skin whitening, and also this list of the top 20 skin whitening agents.

There are quite a lot of alternatives to hydroquinone containing creams, and these medications need to be taken off the market, with doctors informed of the perfectly adequate alternatives that exist in over the counter or non-prescription creams.

It will likely take years of legal paperwork to show that the side effects and risks to the health of patients outweigh the potential benefits to those patients of having a more even skin tone, even if the evidence clearly shows that is the case, and that a safe and effective alternative already exists.

The alternative treatment to hydroquinone is an over the counter medication that is safe, effective, and affordable, without any harmful side effects, and you can find it by taking a look through this site, and in the pages that link off this page.

Safe Use Of Skin Whitening Cream

Skin Whitening Safety

There are multiple reasons why a woman (or man) might want to dye their skin white, but it is important that you understand that there is a safe way to do it, and an unsafe, or less effective way.

The dangers are not something that often comes up, but there are certain things you should be aware of particularly when dealing with less reputable companies who do not take the time to make sure that their customers are following instructions to the letter.

Some foreign companies who sell skin whitening creams do not include personalized support, and can leave people without the correct usage instructions after buying a potent, chemical cream which has a pronounced bleaching effect on the skin.

The results of some of these chemicals can be permanent, or they at least last a long time, for as long as you continue to use the product.

That's why it's important to get it right the first time, and get the right advice, and use the right brand of skin bleaching cream.

Some less reputable skin whitening merchants from Asian countries have been found to be selling cream with poisonous chemicals in it such as mercury and bleach.

These things would never be allowed in an FDA approved product, which is why it's best to look for a company in the US if buying online.

The price might be a little bit more if buying a product that has been fully tested so as to ensure that it is safe for use on humans, and you also pay a little more to get advice on how to apply the cream for your individual skin.

For example, you may have freckles on an otherwise very light skin tone, or you may have hypo-pigmentation or birthmarks on a very dark skin tone.

You may want to dye or bleach your whole skin white from head to toe, or there may just be one patch of skin that you have a problem with.

Whatever the case is, you need to do some research on the best safe skin whitening products, and I think that you will find that the Tonique brand is the one that meets all the requirements and tests you could put it through.

Visit the site by clicking on the link at the top right of the sidebar, which leads to the Facebook page, and from there, you can click on the Go To Site tab, after first liking the page to get regular updates of important information.

Bleaching Your Skin White

How To Bleach Your Skin White

This is a photo of famous pop star Beyonce, which clearly shows that she has undergone a skin bleaching treatment at some point during her career.

She went from quite a dark skin tone to a very white skin tone, almost overnight, and I personally didn't even notice, until I saw this comparison shot.

Many big stars have had this simple cosmetic procedure done, and not only for reasons of vanity. Michael Jackson for example, had hypo-pigmentation, a condition that leaves patches on the skin that have no pigment, and so he had to dye his whole body completely white, in order to make it look even.

It's even more common in some Asian countries to whiten your skin for cosmetic reasons, and there are a lot more people than you would think who have used bleaching cream to cover up acne scars, freckles, birthmarks, age spots, pregnancy marks, and many other conditions.

The key thing to get right if you want to bleach your skin white, is to use the right chemicals, in the right product. If you don't put on the right type of cream, it either won't work, or it will have harmful side effects.

The other thing is you need to know how to use the cream in the right way, and get the right advice on applying it in a way that makes it produce results that are even, and that look good.

The Best Skin Bleaching Cream

The best skin bleaching cream on the market is the one sold by Tonique Skin Care, because they use FDA approved chemicals, (glycolic acid and arbutin), and provide top quality expert support for each individual customer.

They provide skin whitening tips, not just the cream, and that's what makes the difference between them and any other brand.

There are different directions of use that should be followed by someone who has naturally light skin, and someone who has naturally dark skin for example.

A person who just wants to cover up a liver spot on their arm and is very pale might require a different set of instructions to someone who wants to change their whole skin tone from head to toe, and has a darker skin color.

It's quite easy to get in touch with the experts at Tonique, and even send them a photo of your individual skin, to get tips on whether you need a bleaching cream, and how it should be applied to your skin.

Just click on the link above, or in the sidebar, and follow them until you reach the home page of toniqueskincare.com.

Then you can send a message to info@toniqueskincare.com to get in touch with the experts on skin whitening. Get the best advice, buy the highest quality, safest, most effective skin lightening products, and get the best bleaching results on your skin.

How To Make Freckles Go Away

There are many people who have freckles, it's a very natural thing, and nothing to worry about, but some people get so many that they start to feel different, and self conscious.

If you want to get rid of your freckles, there are many things you can do, starting with the most basic methods of prevention.

Freckles are caused by pigment in the skin showing up in spots, when exposed to the sun, so by avoiding the sun, and wearing a hat and sunscreen, you can lessen the extent or intensity of your freckles.

A little bit of lemon or lime juice applied to the face daily can also help to lighten your skin.

Moving up to the stronger solutions, you can get a chemical peel, but if you're going to make your freckles go away in a fairly permanent way, you can get great results from using a quality skin whitening cream.

Using A Cream To Get Rid Of Freckles

The best skin bleaching cream on the market is the one sold by the site in the sidebar. Simply click on the link, (which leads to the Facebook page, which links to the site), and either order the product and follow the general instuctions for use shown on the site, or ask for professional advice on how to use the cream on your specific skin.

You can send photos of yourself in attachments in an email, and get personalized, expert advice from the helpful support staff.

You see, there will be different results for light skinned people, and dark skinned people, using the same product in the same way.

You need to get not only a safe and effective cream that works, (the product contains arbutin and glycolic acid), but also the right directions for use, if you're going to be doing the application at home on your own skin.

The company has been around for years, and has dealt with thousands of satisfied customers.
What to do if you have too many freckles? Take a look at the Skin Whitening Tips Facebook page, (link at the top right of the sidebar), like the page, read some of the informative posts, and click on the go to site tab link, and check out the product.

You will find that the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, the cream is safe, effective, and affordable, and the results will speak for themselves. For those serious about doing something about their freckles, this is a good option, if done the right way, through a quality site.

The Best Way To Bleach Your Skin Safely

The best way to bleach or whiten your skin safely and effectively is to use a cream containing arbutin, and/or glycolic acid.

The products offered by Tonique Skin Care contain these active ingredients, and the company is trusted, FDA approved, and has been around for years.

There are many ways you can verify this, for example, you can do a who is domain lookup on toniqueskincare.com and see that the domain has been around for years with the same owner.

You can then search Google for negative reviews, looking for any keywords like scam, bad side effects, problems, and so on, and you will see that there are no such bad reviews.

The people who use the Tonique brand of skin whitening products are very satisfied with the results, and the reason is because the support is so good.

Getting Good Results With A Skin Bleaching Cream

It is important to talk to the expert staff so that you get the right advice on the usage instructions for your individual skin condition.

For example, you will need different directions for the use of the cream if you are a white lady with freckles, or a dark skinned person with hypo-pigmentation.

Some people will need to use the cream across their whole body, to get uniform results, and so as not to have one area whiter than the rest.

Other people will be able to just focus on one part of the body, such as the face region, or even a small area like the birthmark itself, without having to cover the remaining skin.

Some companies do not offer this advice, and simply sell the cream, which can leave people with unexpected results, which were not what they were looking for.

It's very important to not only get the safest and best cream, but also the right expert support, as whitening your skin is a serious cosmetic procedure, and the chemicals used are the strongest commercially available without a prescription.

To learn more, click on the photo in the sidebar, and read the informative articles on the Facebook page, and like the page to get ongoing updates of informative articles on skin whitening tips, before you visit the main site.
